The Challenge

I want you to take up a challenge for this week.

This week has been an incredible week for many of my clients who with some coaching took a step outside of their comfort zones and began achieving some of their neglected goals.  My What’s App was happily lighting up with photos to prove they had actually done what they were challenged to do.  They were so happy and proud that they made this happen and I want to just keep this going!

So

The Challenge

My challenge to you is simple.

Write down 3 things that would make your life feel so much better if you just did at least one of them. You can think about; What would make the biggest difference to your life, if you just got the ball rolling?

For example:

  1. Redo CV and send it to agency or relevant person who can take it further
  2. Ask someone out for a date
  3. Book and go to an exercise class

I Dare You

I dare and challenge you to wake up and no longer waste another day, week, month or year drifting and do something off your list. What would make the biggest difference to the quality of your life?

No more excuses, no more procrastination, no more giving into thoughts and feelings based on fear, turn off the distractions, be present and give this challenge your full attention. Let’s kick up the positive chemistry in your brain and make this happen.

You Can Do This!

You are more than capable of making sure you commit and complete what you say you are going to do.  Even if you don’t feel like doing it, even if you mind screams out that it needs it comfort zone back, just ignore that and carry on anyway!

Post It Pressure

If you are very daring, you could post your intention up on my Facebook Page and we will support and encourage you to just get it done. Statistics show the more people we tell the more likely we are to  complete our task.

Small

Whether it’s go to the gym, ask someone on a date, get some healthy food in and actually eat it, redo your CV or to start making that first step to a career you would feel more passionate about. Your time is now.

You can begin small, it really doesn’t have to be a big step, but lets build that momentum and keep it going and let us know how you got on.  Maybe you will inspire others to do the same and that might just might keep on going from person to person.

Or go back to sleep, drift through life, live in regret and watch others wake up and take the risks in life to get what they want.

The choice really is yours.
