NLP Brighton & Hove

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic-Programming)

There is no easier way to describe NLP other than thinking of your brain as a computer which has some old programs which are not functioning properly and needs an upgrade for things to work much more efficiently.  NLP is a series of techniques which are designed to do just that.

NLP Practitioner in Brighton

I have been working as an NLP Practitioner in Brighton & Hove licensed by The NLP Society for a few years and I have learnt some amazingly powerful techniques which will help you change any negative or unhelpful behaviours, thoughts or feelings to something that is much more helpful and productive.  Life’s too short to keep repeating learned behaviours like anxiety, fear and anger  etc which just don’t work and NLP is a great way for the brain to learn to focus and create some amazing changes.  Our work together will make the changes you need right down at the subconscious level and as I can also combine it with other therapies the sessions are even more focused to help you get to where you want to be successfully, thoroughly and quickly.

How can NLP help?

NLP is great for:

Case study

Mark was suffering with anxiety and a lack of confidence at University.

In the past he had been bullied and this had affected how he interacted with the other students. Mark wanted to contribute to debates and also be a leader in some activities. NLP was used to help Mark change the way he felt about his past, I also gave him trigger which meant he could access instant confidence or calm at the press of a thumb and finger.
